Accessibility & Sliding Scale
We understand that financial circumstances vary. To ensure our services remain accessible, we offer a limited number of sliding scale spots for those facing financial barriers. Please feel free to discuss this with us during your initial consultation so we can explore options together.
Insurance & Payment
Many extended health benefit plans in Ontario provide coverage for psychotherapy. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to confirm your coverage details. Payments are due at the time of your session.
Cancellation Policy
If you’re unable to attend your appointment, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled with less than a 24 hour notice will be billed at the full session rate.
